Phuket Day 2 Conclusion

Our journey back to the start point was also very awesome and we really enjoyed the speed of the boat though I lost my cap which flew away due to the strong wind, we reached the harbor the Royal Phuket Marina where they took our last photo which we bought in a fancy frame and then were lead to our Van, which after an hour drive brought us to our penthouse the Grand Centara Resort. It was a busy day so after having the canned kabab with bread which we brought from Pakistan in dinner and a relaxing bath in the private jacuzzi I went early to bed.

Phuket Day 2 Naka Yai Island.

During the tour there was abundant supply of water soft drinks and juices which were complimentary plus fresh fruits which were served after frequent intervals. Our last destination was Naka Yai which features only one small village on its west side, but in a very short space of time, the island is changing from a fishing village into a fairly exclusive resort location. Most of Naka Yai's beaches are broad and sandy, and along its eastern shores the views out across Phang Nga Bay are simply breathtaking. The longest beach on the east side has chairs and umbrellas for rent, plus a small snack counter. It fills up in the afternoons with daytrippers. There's not much to do on Naka Yai except swim, sunbathe and take strolls along the beach. It's recommended to bring your own food if you're planning to stay the day. Naka Noi is known as the 'Pearl Island', as it's a site where rare South Sea pearls are cultivated. We put our snorkeling gear on again and went into the water, here visibility was not as good as Khai Noi Island due to a strong current so didn’t saw much except a sting ray which killed Steve the famous Australian Adventurist so I got out of the water and had a dragon fruit juice with some local barbecue corn and went back to the speedboat where fresh pineapples and watermelons waiting for us.

Phuket Day 2 Phang Nga Bay.

Then we went for the Hong Islands also known as Phang Nga Bay tour which is the second most popular activity in the region. Phang Nga Bay is situated 25 km north-east of Phuket. It consists of numerous dramatic limestone cliffs rising sheer out of the waters. Discover a unique and hidden world canoeing through a network of brilliant crystalline limestone caves, to reveal the mysterious hidden world of the "Hongs". We were loaded on small canoes with two passengers and one canoe paddler who took us into the caves in that Island, you can hear a lot of sounds of different insects while going through the caves.

Phuket Day 2 James Bond Island.

James Bond Island

We continued the journey from Second Island to the third Island its name was James Bond Island as you can make out from the name it was kept as in 1974 the famous Bond movie was shot there. All the family member refused to go on that Island as they were tired so I took my mobile which was my handy cam and camera and wandered on the Island with the other members of the boat and when I went to the other side of the Island it was a totally different view there was a small market and a very beautiful lagoon which you can see in my pics a lot of tourist were present there as there was an old cave with carving on plates pasted on the walls of that cave.

Phuket Day 2 Tour to Khai Noi and Koh Panyee Islands

On the Way to Royal Phuket Marina

Going To The Speedboat
On second day of my trip in Phuket we bought a speed boat tour from our hotel, it was around 2200 baht per person for four Islands plus pick and drop from hotel on A/C Hi Ace Van. We reached Royal Phuket Marina where we were briefed for the tour and safety precautions had some refreshments and were given swimming flappers of our size than they pasted green stickers as we were in the green team to distinguish us from others and to count us when we go on different Islands.
Khai Noi Island

First on Khai Nai Island we did scuba diving with some beautiful marine life, we took our towels from the hotel and the snorkeling gear was given by our tour operators, it was an amazing adventure to dive in crystal clear water with lots of fishes whom some of us were feeding and they gathered around me in hundreds with slow moving current I had a water proof camera so I got a lot of pictures of that amazing sea life which was rare for me.
Our Guide Explaining the Tour

From there we went to Koh Panyee the  second Island where we had halal buffet lunch which was separately served, as there was a market on water and even a mosque but everything was very expensive due to its unique location there were washrooms with Muslim showers which are rare in Thailand.
